November 2022 Broker Tip of the Month | Top Ways To Stay Productive In December
Hey everybody, thanks for viewing our newsletter. Alan here, Broker, White Picket Realty, with your broker tip of the month. This month is all about staying productive when everybody else isn’t. So here are the top ways our agents are choosing to be productive in December to set up for success come January, February and March. As we all know, our business runs in cycles and everything that we produce today will more than likely show its face, whether good or bad, in approximately 90 days.
So if we want to have a fantastic February March, then now is the time to really push forward. Here’s what we’re doing to make that happen. Instead of going to Christmas parties every day or every week and letting those get to us, we’re going to Christmas parties with an intention in mind. That means we’re there to create relationships.
We’re there to grow our relationships. We have a focus and intention in mind, and we’re not going there to simply drink and cause us to miss work. Next, we show up consistently every day to the office. Unless you’re traveling or unless you have something else that’s family related that will keep you from being here. It’s important to be at the office.
We’re going to make time of this, make this time our time to set up for success for next year. And that means working on the business as well as in the business. We’re going to earn our deals, our closings, by focusing on growing our pipeline. We’re going to take market share instead of lose market share. We’re going to get up on time.
We’re going to make our calls daily. We’re going to send out holiday cards because that’s the best way to get our name in front of all of our clients in their fridge. It’s kind of like having a little advertisement right there. We’re going to host open houses, create posts on social media, consistently send updates to our current clients consistently, let them know what incentives exist for them to make a move and help and help with their with their current objections.
Create a solution to their problems. Take vacations, if possible, with letting someone around you know how they can contribute to your clients while you’re away. That means forwarding your calls, forwarding your emails, making sure that you have support, and staying healthy. Not not last for sure, or at least being healthy is part of being successful. So hopefully you can use those top tips in this December to push towards a fantastic 2023.
